She is survived by: her children, Michael Wayne Fordyce (Teresa), Lee Allen Fordyce and Teresa "Sis" Fordyce; her grandchildren, Kera, Aidan and Tanner; and her siblings, Clarence Richard Leasure, Clarence Williams Leasure and Donna Sue Daley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
