She is survived by: her husband Edward "Al" Zastawniak; her siblings, Adolphus Dodd, Ralph Eugene Dodd, Roy Preston Dodd, Gladys Thelma Jones and Mable Louise Loukx; her sons, Michael Zastawniak (Brenda Miller) of Henderson, KY and Ronald Zastawniak (Sue) of Flatwoods, KY; her grandchildren, Rick Zastawniak (Donna), Karen Gibson, Michael Dean, Shonda Zastawniak and Michelle Rider; her great grandchildren, Christina, Jennifer, Wyatt, Hayden and Amelia; her great great grandchild Sloan; and also Anita Scarbro.
