He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Zimmerman Small and John L. Small, Sr.. He is survived by: his brother John L Small, Jr. (Karen); his caregiver Andrea Fox (Robert); his nieces and nephews, Jillian Lynch (Mon), Jeremy Skaggs (Sarah), Kira Small, Dietrick Penn, Samiah Lynch and Jayla Lynch; and also, Braelynn Greene and Khari Penn. He is also survived by Extended family members, co-workers, and many friends.
