He is survived by: his sons, Jason Belcher (Kelly) of Scott Depot, WV and Joshua Belcher (Jennifer) of Milton, WV; his siblings, Patricia Nelson of Mingo County, WV, Glen Belcher of Harmony, NC, Richard of Mingo County, WV and Jerry Belcher of Mingo County, WV; and his grandchildren, Annaliese, Alyssa, Addyson, Jesse, Justin and Kaleb.
