It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Lee Chapman (Milton, West Virginia), who passed away on July 17, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patrick Lee Chapman to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Chapman and Mildred Settle Chapman; his grandparents, Hartzell Chapman, Ruth Chapman, Frederick Settle and Minerva Settle; his brother Alan B. Chapman; and his sister-in-law Donna Dailey Chapman.
He is survived by: his siblings, David G. Chapman (Linda) of Ona, Michael E. Chapman (Terry) of Shepherdsville and Carla Chapman Dunlap (Gary) of Milton; and his sister-in-law Sharon Sowards Chapman of Fernadena. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice House in Huntington, which gave Patrick excellent care.
