He is survived by: his wife Edith Marie Chapman Bush; his daughters, Marcella Lincolnogger (David) of Culloden and Kelli Jean Clagg (Rex) of Milton; his grandchildren, Sheena Lincolnogger of Culloden, David Lincolnogger III (Rebekah) of Lenoir City, TN and Britney Hazelett (Jeremy) of St. Augustine, FL; his great grandchildren, Aliceson, Emily Lincolnogger, Cooper and Parker Hazelett; and his sisters, Clara Belle Layne of Ona and Sue Holley of Ashton.
