She is survived by: her parent Bertie Hensley Cooper; her children, Michael Kent Meadows and Angela Carol Meadows Fraley (Denzel); her grandchildren, Tammy Plank, Shawn Fraley, Jodi Chandler and Michael Meadows; and her great grandchildren, Christopher, Lindsay, Mikhayla, McKenna, Dylon, Tyler, Kyle, Brittany and Destiny.
