It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewell Elaine Palmer Payne of Milton, West Virginia, born in Cabin Creek, West Virginia, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Palmer and Jesse Palmer; her siblings, Jean, Sue, Lerline and Dennis, Jr.; and her daughter Sondra Elaine Payne.
She is survived by: her son Bradford Payne (Joy Adkins) of Huntington; her grandchildren, Kelsey Payne of Milton, Emily, Madi and Colin Spangler of Huntington; and her great grandchildren, Kendall Payne and Kayleigh Miller of Milton. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
