He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Patrick and Lizzy O'Brien; and his siblings, Bonnie Chapman and Patrick O'Brien. He is survived by: his daughter Angela Footo (Andy); his granddaughter Kristen; and his sister Margaret Olmstead.
