James Mann Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Mann (Milton, West Virginia), who passed away on February 17, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mann and Jessie Ratcliff Mann; and his son Gregory Mann. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Bell Mann; his daughter Valerie Mann of Milton; and his sister Patricia Stollings of Ona. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
