He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Johnson Green and Bernice Artist Green (Miller); and his wife Carolyn Jane Green (Shank). He is survived by: his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Mike Hughes of Milton; his grandson Evan Hughes of Milton; and his siblings, Virginia (Warren Cornell), Betty, Pat Smith of Huntington, WV, Freddie (Tina Green), Richard and Alesia Green of Hurricane, WV. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mount Zion Baptist Church Building Fund, 406 Mount Zion Road, Fraziers Bottom, WV 25082.
