McGinnis (Milton, West Virginia), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on May 13, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Elba McGinnis; and his siblings, Harold McGinnis, Donna Robinson and Ruby Foster. He is survived by: his parent Rosazella Turner McGinnis; his wife Geneva Winter McGinnis; and his brother Robert McGinnis of Ashland, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
