He is survived by: his wife Janice Bills; his sons, Garland Bills Jr. (Debra) of Haines City, FL and Gary Bills (Teresa) of Milton, WV; his grandson Todd Bills (Tammy Bills) of Davenport, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Mildred Blake and Phyllis Bills. He is also survived by many friends and family.
