He is survived by: his father Danny Ray Payne of English, WV; his significant other Marie Baker of Milton, WV; his children, Dominick Baker and Angelina Baker of Milton, WV; his siblings, Danielle Vance of English, Jamie Cook of English, Robert Lee Payne of English and Danny Ray Payne II of Raysal, WV; his grandmother Dixie Atwell; and his nieces and nephews, Connor Vance, Payton Vance, Kaylee Payne, Colton Payne, Addison Payne, Coby Payne, Mason Payne and Liam Cook. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
