She is survived by: her children, John Blake (Sharon) of Charlotte, NC, Jerry Blake (Elizabeth) of Milton, WV and Judy Warnick Whitehurst (Ashley); her grandchildren, J. C. Warnick (Robin), Chad Warnick (Cassie) of Smyrna, TN, Marci Bennett (Mike) of Durham, NC, Paige Summey (Brandon) of Matthews, NC and Susan Seward (Tony) of Indian Trail, NC; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Rachel Bennett, Ryan, Skylar Summey, Blakely Warnick and Jensen Warnick; and her sister-in-law Mildred Blake. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and beloved friends.
