He is survived by: his children, Tonya Burdette (Shane), Estell Ellis (Bruce), Paul Adkins and Greg Adkins; his granddaughters, Sarah Lockard, Christie Fitzpatrick (Aaron) and Brittany Jarrell (Jayanna); his great grandchildren, Paige, Kailee Corns, Sidney and Hensley Fitzpatrick; his brother Gary Ellis; his niece Pamela Ellis; his friends, Janice and Clara; and his daughter Janet Daniel.
