She is survived by: her husband Gary Cook of Milton; her daughter Brittney; her son-in-law Seth Ramsey of Milton; her granddaughter Eliza Ramsey; and her siblings, Becky Wolfe of St. Albans, Sheila Haverty of Spencer, Sarah Smith of Hedgesville and David A. Tatterson of Spencer.
