He is survived by: his parents, Bradley Ashworth Sr. of Grayson and Kathy Sue Tierney Ashworth of Huntington; his stepmother Jo Ashworth of Grayson; his son Lukas Ashworth of Huntington; his siblings, Carrie Ashworth of Huntington and Tanner Ashworth of Lexington; and his grandmothers, Margaret Ashworth of Milton and Ann Tierney of Huntington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
