She is survived by: her child Deron (April); her grandchildren, Haylee and Karli Chapman of Milton, WV; her son Jared (Lindsey); her grandsons, Ty, Cody and Blake Chapman of Hurricane, WV.; and her nieces and nephews, Nick Ihle, Anissa Brown, Lee Chaney, Charles Brumfield, Rena McCormick, Bobby Workman and Sonya Welch.
