It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Jean Collins of Milton, West Virginia, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Godbey; her husband Chuck Collins Jr.; her brothers, Keith Godbey and Mike Mount; her sons, Trenton and Gregory Collins; her granddaughters, Braylynn and Paisley Castle; and her brother-in-law James Sowards.
She is survived by: her children, Nicholl Meadows (Troy), Hannah Collins (Matt) and Justin Lucas (Angie); her grandchildren, Chelsea Meadows (Lakota), Cody Collins (Katelyn), Levi Meadows, Justin Black, Courtney Butcher and Megan Lucas; her great grandchild Paisley Collins; her sisters, Cheryl Sowards and Brenda Knapp (Bernard); her sister-in-law Vickie Godbey; and her adoptive parent Roadhouse. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
