She is survived by: her father Homer Sams; her husband Donald Hurst; her children, Chris Smith (Melanie), Summer Lucky (Dewayne), Chilsey Hurst, Zack Hurst and Nicole Hurst; her grandchildren, Brooklyn Smith, Hannah Smith, Corbin Lucky, Emma Smith, Levi Lucky, Nevaeh Lucky and Carter Hurst; her great grandchildren, Lincoln Shinn and Rowen Hersman; and her siblings, Jerry Sams (Susie), Joe Sams, Missy Fields (Junior) and Ray Sams (Kim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
