He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Ray and Darlene Gay Coleman Smith; his uncle Dan; and his brother-in-law Jason Nuzum. He is survived by: his siblings, Adam Smith, Melissa Smith and Amanda "Amy" Adkins; and his children, Randall Smith, Brooklyn Smith, Jordan Smith and Eliah Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and several aunts.
