He is survived by: his wife Lennah Caltrider; his daughters, Barbara Pack of Sandyville, WV, Stacey Wilcox of Ripley, WV and Darla Prevette (Randy) of Lexington, NC; his siblings, Roger Caltrider of Parkersburg, WV, James Caltrider (Patsy) of Ravenswood, WV and Judy Unsell of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandson Alex Pack; and his pet Smokey.
