He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia Conley Kessler and Thomas Carl Kessler; his wife Gail Kessler; his grandparents, Lacy, Kate Godby Kessler, Stonewall and Essie Conley; his sister Joyce Kessler; his parents-in-law, Claude and Georgia Farley; his children, Mindy Hager (David), Hank Kessler (Mary) and Denny Kessler (Delores); his siblings, Susie Lail (Harry), Nina Sloan (Jeff), Betsy Warner (Terry), Barbara Kirk (Kenny), Brenda Adams (Charlie), Bob Kessler (Debbie), Jack Kessler (Wilma), Ralph Kessler (Jeanie) and Slick Kessler (Janet); his grandchildren, Cacy Kessler, Lori Kessler, Jeremiah Hager, Megahn Hager, Sydnee Kessler, Shane Kessler and Hana Kessler; and his close friends, Raybo Williams, Harry Dingess, Eugene Sparks and Danny Farley.
