He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlo Ramsey and Anna Marie Cook Ramsey; his sisters, Joyce Ramsey, Rose Breeding and Vicky Mills; and his pet Buddy.
He is survived by: his daughter Katie Ramsey (Steven); his grandchildren, Keevin, Karson and Kason Hash; his sisters, Sarah Tegtmeier (Tom) of Ft. Worth Tx, Carla Bailey (Major) of Rockhouse, Barbara Stacy (Lee-Lee) of Glover and Gloria Blankenship (Delwood) of Oceana; his goddaughter Christina Ramsey; his friends, Bill and Evelyn Rodgers; and his close friends, Ronnie Toler and Teddy Rife. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, his brothers and sisters.
