He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carl Teel and Audrey Mae Cunningham Teel; and his sisters, Helen Moore, Rosie Humphries and Laura Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy Harper Teel; his children, David Lewis Teel of Tx, John Carl Teel, Harley Carl Teel of Tyler Mtn, Buffy Teel of Winfield, Frank Wesley Carpenter, Jr. of Bancroft and Kevin Carpenter of Mill Creek; and his siblings, Carl Teel (Annie) and Reba Toothman (Merrill) of Nebraska. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
