We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2021, at the age of 73, Patsy J. Coffman of Mill Creek, West Virginia, born in Elkins, West Virginia passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hogue and Violet Howard Hogue; her son Kenneth Collins; her stepson Brian O'Neal Coffman; and her siblings, Bunt Hogue and Cathy Conrad.

She is survived by: her husband Gary Coffman; her children, Avis Collins of Mill Creek and Juston Armstrong of Mill Creek; her siblings, Roger Hogue of Norton and Betty Price of Dailey; her stepdaughter Angela Renee Mozingo of Hope Mills, NC.; her grandchildren, Kenna Whitcomb, Korie Kane, Kendall Armstrong and Grayson Ferguson; and her great grandchild Everleigh Bender.

Masks and social distancing will be required for anyone attending the service.
