He is survived by: his parents, Charles "Chuck" Allen Tackett of Mill Creek and Terri Sue Conrad Barker; his stepfather Kevin Barker of Mill Creek; his son Garrick A. Tackett; his sister Danielle Bennett (Jeff) of Huttonsville; his nieces, Nyla, Eryn, Ivy and Everly; his nephew Sully; his grandmother Twila Conrad; his brother Steven Delbert Daniels; and his great-uncle Cecil Lanham. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
