She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Taylor and Arthelia Arbogast Taylor; her spouse Jesse James Rush; her son Randall K. Rush; her grandson Victor Wayne Ramsey; her siblings, Denver, Thelmer, William, Ira Taylor, Kathleen Ullom, Hazel Harris, Renalta Taylor and Creeditheen Taylor; and her sons-in-law, Henry Ford, Eddie Kepner and Jerry Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Rush of Mill Creek, Eletha "Libby" Rush of Mill Creek, Latricia Sue Ford of Dailey, Rhonda Joyce Kepner of Mill Creek, Tammy Michele Chapman (Jeffrey) of Craigsville, WV, Wilma Shinaberry (Henry), Phyllis Williams of Elkins and Donna Kennedy of Dailey. She is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren.
