It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Mae Tenney Phillips of Mill Creek, West Virginia, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Crystal Noel Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Roger Phillips Sr.; her children, Bobby Phillips, Jr. (Lisa) of Livonia, NY, Joseph Phillips of Mill Creek and Cindy Nielsen of Sacramento, CA; and her granddaughters, Casey Lynn and Emma Mae.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Judy's name to ERCC, 1175 Beverly Pike, Elkins, WV 26241.
