He was predeceased by: his parents, Lambert Howard and Alma Yokum Howard; and his brother David Howard. He is survived by: his daughter Liana De Pasquale of England; his siblings, Nancy Jane Brown (Bennett Jopp) of Delaware, Steven Howard of Mill Creek and Charles Glenn Brown (Millie Bramble); his nephews, Jeffrey Scott McElroy Jr. and Andrew Charles Young; his niece Chelsea Marie Brown; his great-nephews, Michael Steven Young and Andrew Young, Jr.; and his cousins, John Nephi Yokum III and Samantha Yokum.
