It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey D. Cooper of Mill Creek, West Virginia, born in Harman, West Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Waldo Cooper and Janet Dove Cooper; and his brothers, Daniel, Jed and Samuel Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Denice Harman "Deni" Cooper; his children, Jeffrey Cooper, II of Valley Bend and Kellie C. Doyle (Chad) of Raleigh, NC.; his siblings, Greg Cooper of Harman, Barbara Armentrout of Spotsylvania, VA, Vanessa Cooper of Davis, WV and Sara Cooper of Elkins; and his grandsons, Cooper Doyle and Corban Doyle.
