She is survived by: her husband Billy F. Scott, Sr.; her son Billy F. Scott, Jr. of Mill Creek; her grandchildren, Carma Johnson (Daniel) of Mill Creek and Brittany Wamsley (Nick) of Mill Creek; her siblings, Mark "Charlie" Scott of Mill Creek, Kelly Scott of Mill Creek, Marshall "Mart" Scott (Valinda) of Mill Creek, Deck Scott (Angie) of Valley Bend, Rella "Jane" Lower (Robert) of Huttonsville and Barb Finlen (Sonny) of Huttonsville; her grandchildren, Alison Moats (Dillon), Danielle Johnson (David), Ezekiel "Zeke" Wamsley and Rhylee Lambert; and her great grandchild Hudson Moats.
