He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Serrett (Darrell) of Mill Creek, Gatha "Suzie" Teter (Jerry) of Fairview, Rick Markley (Tina) of Huttonsville and Mike Markley (Brenda) of Clarksville, VA; his grandchildren, Matthew Pratt, Cooper Markley, Holden Sharp and Bill Sharp; his nieces and nephews, Bethany Arbogast (Shawn) of Valley Head, Angela Elza (Chad) of Morgantown, Alisha Salisbury (TJ) of Huttonsville, Corey Markley of Huttonsville, Isaac Salisbury of Huttonsville, Colin Arbogast of Huttonsville, Owen Arbogast of Dailey and Lexi Elza of Morgantown; and his aunt Billie June Sturgill (Rainy Bogdan) of Monterville.
