He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Phillips; his children, Philip Craig White (Kelley) of Davis, Alan Harman of Annapolis, MD, Debra Pritchard (John) of Jessup, MD and Donna Haney (Bruce) of Clarksville, MD; and his grandchildren, Joshua White, Lauren and Matthew Haney.
