She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Emory Chambers and Dicy Fay Chambers (White); her husband Fred Stevens; her sons, James Stevens and Ronald Stevens; her siblings, Roy Chambers, Foster Chambers, Edith Ferrell, Mebel McCloud and Edna Maynard; and her daughter-in-law Regina Stevens.
She is survived by: her sons, Bill Stevens (Dani) and Jeff Stevens; her grandchildren, Ronnie Stevens, Michael Bolyard, MaryAnn Spencer, Lisa Stevens, Kellie Lucas, Kori White of Jeff and Joey Stevens; and her siblings, Louie Chambers and Elsie McNeely. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
