He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Howard of Tampa, FL, Christina Minor (Shane) of Lost Creek and Angela Cooper (Jason) of Huntington; his grandchildren, Michael, Katelyn Minor and Sydney Harlow; his siblings, Paulette "Sue" Scott (Milton) of Huttonsville, Janet Ann Phillips (Greg) of Elkins, Rickey Howard (Pamela) of Port St, Doug Howard of Mill Creek, Lisa Warner of Beverly and Tammy Howard of Beverly; and his sister-in-law Arlene Howard.
