He was predeceased by: his parents, William Teter (Bill) and Donna Geneva Kerns Teter; and his wife Catherine Tuzzo. He is survived by: his daughters, Lura Kathryn Justice (Richard) of Lexington, KY and Melinda Kay Putman (Jon) of Haysville, KS.; his brothers, Kenneth Teter (Dee) of New Lexington, OH, Joseph W. Jr. Teter (Phyllis) of Wadsworth, OH, Robert Teter (Margaret) of Mill Creek, Tom Teter (Peggy) of Mill Creek, Jerry Teter (Suzie) of Fairview and Keith Teter (Karen) of Mill Creek; his grandchildren, Brooke Hake (Aaron) and Paul Nelson Teter; and also, Martha Lanham (Hertzel) of Mill Creek, Jeremy and Anna Hake.
The family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Mill Creek Memorial Mission Church, Rt. 1, Box 329-1, Elkins, WV 26241 or the Central West Virginia Dialysis Patient Fund or C.W.V.D.P.S., 100 Main Street, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Bernard.
