She is survived by: her husband Kevin Dale Smith; her daughters, Crystal Ranae Conrad (Lloyd Gregg) of Elkins and Kasey Dawn Bennett (Joseph W.) of Mill Creek; her brother Keith Barrett (Leslie McCollam) of Elkins; her half-sisters, Pam Maki of Puyallup, WA and Janice Frye of Dafter, MI; her grandchildren, Isaac Bennett, Isaiah Bennett, David Bennett, Joshua Bennett, Jeffery Conrad, Andrew Conrad (Michaela), Austin Conrad, Abigail Conrad and Grant Conrad; her great grandchildren, Ashylnn Conrad, Ella Conrad and Rory Conrad; and her close friends, Toria Trainer of Harman and Donna McGinnis of Maryville, TN.
She was an organ donor in spirit because her health prevented her from donating to help others.
