She was predeceased by: her parents, Orie Rowe and Talma Rowe; and her husband Ross R. "Bud" Gardner. She is survived by: her son Jeff Gardner of Morrow, OH; and her sister Nancy Pitchford (Delbert) of Eleanor.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Raynes Funeral Home - Eleanor (303 Ash Cir, Eleanor, WV 25070). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
