She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Noe and Bryant Noe of Tennessee; her husband Jewel Fulks; and her children, Stevie Fulks, Nathan Fulks and Myrtle Michelle Fulks.
She is survived by: her children, Dreama Gray, Michael Fulks, Waco Fulks, Wade Fulks and Kimberly Manns; and her siblings, Diane Blank and Absolun Bryant. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
