She is survived by: her husband Wayne Toppings; her grandchildren, Christopher Toppings, Jessica Dean, Nathaniel Toppings (Beth), Shalina Toppings (Dallas Sheppard), Bruce Adam Lovejoy, Phillip Hughes (Meagan), Taneka Hughes (JD Blanton), Jacob Toppings (Nikki), Kimmie Toppings (Justin Osborne), Willow Toppings, Justin Toppings (Ciera), Cody Farley (Samantha), Henry Barber, Hailey Barber and Maisey Lynn Toppings; her brothers, Jerry Marcum of Lafayette, Ron Starr of Wyanet and Dennis Marcum of Wilksville, OH; her siblings-in-law, Thurman Rakes of Branchland, WV, George Toppings of Alkol, WV, Brenda Vance of Branchland, WV, Bonnie Burns of Branchland, WV, Linda Sue Rakes of Branchland, WV, Vanessa Marcum of Wilksville, OH, Linda Starr of Wyanet and Sandy Starr of Covington; and also, Claude, Amber Toppings of Mt Sterling, OH, Samantha, Charlie Nelson of Ranger, WV, Elvie, Cindy Toppings of Greenfield, OH, Maison and Holly Toppings of Washington Courthouse, OH. She is also survived by her husband for 63 years; children.
A memorial service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Handley Funeral Home- Hamlin (7350 Lynn Ave, Hamlin, WV 25523).
