He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lloyd Harrell; his children, James Luther Harrell, Jr. of Summit Point, WV, Raymond Harrell (Wanda) of Winchester, VA and Stacey Harrell Ebeling (Art) of Harpers Ferry, WV; his grandchildren, Amanda Harrell Goforth (Josh), Reyanne Harrell Pitzer (Jared), Raymond Lee Harrell, Jr. (Alison), Arthur James Ebeling, Jr. (Ashley), Brianna Mallory Harrell, Michaela Hunter Harrell, Zachary Raymond Harrell and Heidi Saige Ebeling; his sister Janet Harrell Lloyd (Russell); and his brother-in-law Ike Lloyd (Sue). He is also survived by 5 nieces, one nephew and many cousins.
