With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Kathaleen Tilley of Middleway, West Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on December 24, 2022 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kirby Penrod and Sarah Myrtle Penrod (Hall); and her siblings, Dorotha Louise Harless and Charles Kirby Penrod, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Tilley; and her children, Jennifer Ann Moran (Eric) of Inwood, WV and Brian Freely Tilley (Carolynn) of Harpers Ferry, WV. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in Ann's name to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
