He is survived by: his wife Beverly Shultz of Middlebourne, WV; his sons, Rodney Billiter (Kenya) of Friendly, WV and Roger Billiter (Dawn) of Middlebourne, WV; and his siblings, Mike Shultz of Middlebourne, WV, Scott Shultz of Ravenswood, WV, Debra Hill (Alan) of Middlebourne, WV, Teresa Westbrook (Jay) of Friendly, WV and Suzanne Shultz of Middlebourne, WV. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
