Shirley Jane Bembry Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2024, at the age of 84, Shirley Jane Bembry of Middlebourne, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Sherman and Goldie Emaline McKitrick (Doak); her significant other James Leslie Bembry; her sons, Kendrick Bembry and Matthew Bembry; her granddaughter Jessica Suarez; and her siblings, June Holt, Joy Ferrebee, Don McKitrick, Murray McKitrick and Pat McClure.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Bembry (Patsy) of Norfolk, VA and Martha Hoyt (David) of Belmont, WV; her grandchildren, Janelle Primeau (Evan) and Jacob Hoyt (Rachel Slan); her great grandchildren, Kohl, Mykael, Zachary and Raegan; her sister-in-law Deverna McKitrick of Follensbee, WV; and her grandson-in-law Tony Suarez of Johnson City, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
