He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Tippins and Lois Burbach Tippins. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Thomas Tippins; his sons, Rodney T. Tippins (Marzena) of Jacksonburg and Eli A. Tippins (Bobbi) of Jacksonburg; his sisters, Karen Shreve of Shadyside, OH, Pam Tamurin of Shadyside, OH and Holly Nelson (Mike) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Zygmunt Tippins, Anna Tippins, Hazel Tippins, Emily Litten and Lillian Litten; and his brother-in-law Douglas Thomas (Susan).
