She is survived by: her sons, Roger "Buggs" Eddy (Tambra Lowe) of Middlebourne, WV and Ronnie Eddy (Sue) of Middlebourne, WV; her brothers, Roger "Fred" Smith (Mary) of North Carolina and John Keller (Sandy) of Sistersville, WV; her grandchildren, Kristen Phillips (Zack) of Morgantown, WV, Derreck Eddy of Middlebourne, WV, Christy Eddy, Lorisa Eddy, Daniel Eddy, Brandon Eddy (Lamary) of Middlebourne, WV, Douglas "Digger" Shepherd (Shannon) of Middlebourne, WV, Casey Miner Baker (Wesley) of Richie County and Josh Miner (Shiann) of Richie County; and her great grandchildren, Chace, Wyatt, Kalie Shepherd of Middlebourne, WV, Lenex Phillips of Morgantown, WV, Shailyn, Charika, Briar Eddy of Middlebourne, WV, Jackson Miner of Ritchie Co, Suni, Liam Adams, Charley Eddy, Lodee and Huxley George. She is also survived by three sons and one daughter.
