He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie C. Staley and Vashti Flurharty Staley; and his son Paul E. Staley. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard, Jeff, Karl Staley, Imogene Fetty and Wanda Lancaster; his wife Marjorie Well Staley; his daughter Trudy Lynn Pethtel (Rodney) of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Stori Lea Fletcher, Jonaya Mareea Staley and Zachary Pethtel; his sister-in-law Ruth Etta Staley; and his daughter-in-law Shawna Staley (Steve). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
