He is survived by: his parent Jean Kidder Carse; his wife Dorene Taylor Carse of Middlebourne, WV; his sons, Robert Rumpke, Jr. of Springfield, OH, John Carse of Middlebourne, WV and Charles "Ace" Carse of Middlebourne, WV; his brothers, David Carse of Lakewood, CO and Steven Carse of Springfield, OH; and his grandchildren, Colton, Parker, Chloe, Kalvin, Russell and Kennedy.
